Saturday:
Got up Saturday for conferene weekend
Had breakfast, and put Rori down for first nap by 9:30
Ridge threw up all over my bed during 1st session.
Threw up on his bed, and Dyson's bed during the second session.
Did lots of laundry
All this while trying to contain Rori, who after her nap was CRAZY! (in a good, happy sort a way)
# of talks I listened to.... 1, plus a few bits and pieces, which I can't remember
Sunday :
Woke up and nobody was sick, Yeah!
Before 1st session Rori hit her mouth on the stairs and split her mouth
Bled everywhere
Had to wash my white shirt I was wearing
scrubbed the floor and bathroom to clean blood
Hoped I wasn't accused of commiting crime as my bathroom would reveal traces of blood
missed most of the 1st session due to consoling and injured child
Fought with the boys during the second session
tried to fight of feelings of complete failure as I realized my attempt at spiritual nurishment were totally unsuccessful.
Monday:
Glad that weekend if OVER!

Sounds like you listened to as much as me :) Good thing we have access to the Ensign now. Hope your little fam is doing well!
Minus the blood and the barf, that pretty much sums up all conferences for the past five years for us. I think that's what being a parent means. So glad I can download it to my ipod!
